FORMER mines, energy and water development minister Yamfwa Mukanga says Zesco is worsening the current load shedding situation by not communicating the power outage hours through planned schedules. Meanwhile, Zesco has announced that it will start rationing power outside of the planned timings because it is experiencing significant difficulties in balancing the available power supply with demand.
