TOMATO farmers are counting losses as the price of a box of tomatoes continues to fluctuate between K5 and K120. The sharp decline in prices has left farmers struggling to recover money spent on seeds, fertiliser, labour and transportation, raising concerns over the sustainability of tomatoe farming.
