PF faction information and publicity chairperson Emmanuel Mwamba yesterday failed to take plea before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court in a matter in which he is charged with seditious practices. This is because Director of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri has not yet issued consent for his prosecution.
