POLICE spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says two youths who filmed themselves insulting President Hakainde Hichilema on the shores of Lake Mweru have been arrested and charged with Defamation of the President. And Zambia Army Director General for Civil Military Affairs Brigadier General Genoh Muke says a few slaps from soldiers isn’t brutality, saying even he felt like melting when he heard the insults which they hurled at his Commander-in-Chief.
