THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested and charged Davies Mwila for being in possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime. And the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) yesterday recorded an ordinary statement from Mwila in connection with a piece of land in Lusaka’s Woodlands area on which the former ruling party had planned to construct a new secretariat. Meanwhile, Mwila says the investigative wings can even go to heaven if they so wish, but he will not disclose PF’s source of funding because the law does not provide for that.
