THE Joint Investigation Team (JIT) yesterday interrogated former lands minister Jean Kapata over the title deed PF holds in Chipoleka Forest. Updating journalists yesterday, Kapata’s lawyer Tutwa Ngulube said his client informed the officers that she was not minister at the time the forest was de-gazzeted. “They were just asking about Chipoleka Forest and the title deed PF had of the forest after it was de-gazzeted. She said I was not Minister and it was degazzeted before I became Minister.
