NDC faction leader Saboi Imboela has lodged a complaint with the ACC against chief Registrar of Societies Thandiwe Mhende and Home Affairs and Internal Security permanent secretary for Administration Josephs Akafumba, alleging that the duo fraudulently changed the party’s office-bearers.
