DEMOCRATIC Party president Harry Kalaba has resigned, saying he will soon launch his own political party. And Kalaba says UPND are wolves trying to fit into sheep’s skin. Meanwhile, Kalaba says President Hakainde Hichilema is scared of his own shadow.
