SUSPENDED Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Lillian Siyunyi says she is shocked, but hopes justice will prevail. On Wednesday, President Hakainde Hichilema suspended Siyunyi with immediate effect and appointed Katongo Waluzimba as acting DPP, for administrative convenience. Asked, in an interview, how she received the news, Siyunyi said she didn’t expect it. “Well, shocking, shocking, and no (I didn’t expect this). It is shocking, I pray that the wheels of natural justice shall be, shall also be availed to me,” she said.
