INSPECTOR General of Police Lemmy Kajoba has come under fire for donning three stars, which military experts say is a rank reserved for a Lieutenant General in the Army. Kajoba’s official vehicle has been spotted with a three-star plate, arousing public debate around the action which is said to be unprecedented. The Police chief has justified the move, saying it’s a security administrative matter. But some top ranking Army officials have argued that it is wrong and misleading.
