MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says the board for Mopani Copper Mines will comprise five members from International Resources Holding RSC Limited (IRH), three from ZCCM-IH, and one from the government. And Kabuswe, who has insisted that no sale has occurred at Mopani, says the Attorney General provided an opinion on the deal, emphasising that no laws were broken.
