WATER Development and Sanitation Minister Collins Nzovu has threatened that Rongying Investments will be prosecuted if it does not repair leakages from a dam which is polluting the Lwela River. And Copperbelt Province Minister Elisha Matambo says the leakages are worrying but it’s strange that the company doesn’t seem concerned enough and ZEMA hasn’t shut them down.
