MINISTER of Home Affairs and Internal Security Jack Mwiimbu says the planned protests on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 7 are counterproductive and will polarise the nation. On the other hand, Catholic Cabinet ministers have appealed to the Church to reconsider proceeding with the planned protest. The Oasis Forum on Sunday called on citizens to come forward in numbers and assemble at the Freedom Statue for the planned march past to State House against Bill 7 on November 28, 2025.
