DRAMA has unfolded in Lupososhi Constituency, where Returning Officer Oscar Kafunda made two contradicting declarations, regarding the candidate who had won the parliamentary seat. The Lupososhi seat was being contested by two front runners, NRPUP’s Bwalya Chungu and UPND’s Shadreck Mwansa.
