LOSING UPND Kabushi parliamentary candidate Emelda Mpupuni has told the Ndola High Court that NRPUP supporters moved around polling stations, demanding that voting be stopped as they had already won the election. Mpupuni said the alleged conduct frightened some voters, causing them to abandon polling stations without voting. She was testifying before Ndola High Court Judge Chipola Bako, in a petition challenging the election of NRPUP candidate Tillas Sichinga as Kabushi Member of Parliament.
