POLICE have arrested and charged Kasama Mayor-elect Peter Yuda, with criminal trespass. This follows a complaint filed with Kasama Police by Northern Province Acting Permanent Secretary Beauty Undi Phiri over an incident at her residence on August 14, 2026, around 09:00 hours. It was alleged that Yuda, in the company of others stormed Phiri’s house, claiming that she had pre-marked ballot papers.
