FORMER NDC leader Chishimba Kambwili and four others have been found with a case to answer in a matter where they are facing 39 counts of being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime, uttering a false document, among other charges. Meanwhile, Kambwili has resigned as NDC leader with immediate effect.
