THE Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) is delighted by the Government’s move to suspend customs duty on selected equipment in the media, music and film industries. In a statement, Wednesday, IBA Acting Director General Eustace Nkandu said the decision would help stations acquire new equipment which would lead to improved quality of broadcasting. “The Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA), is delighted with the move by the Government to suspend customs duty on selected equipment in the media, music and film industries.
