GOVERNMENT through the Zambia Meteorological Department says it has observed the development of a tropical system, Dikeledi, over the south western Indian Ocean and is closely monitoring its progression. MET says Dikeledi, which is currently a moderate tropical storm with pressure levels of 1002 hectopascals sustaining winds at 55 km/h and moving at a speed of 30 km/h is projected to intensify into a tropical cyclone before making landfall by Saturday.
