GOVERNMENT has released K450 million to address outstanding personnel obligations at the University of Zambia and the Copperbelt University. Ministry of Education Permanent Secretary for Administration Noriana Muneku, says government has also increased operational support to public universities, with K90 million and K50 million allocated to UNZA and CBU, respectively. She further disclosed that government has committed K78 million towards rehabilitating sewer and sanitation infrastructure at UNZA.
