GOVERNMENT says it has extended the temporary suspension of fuel tax waivers for a further 90 days. Cabinet In April approved the temporary suspension of Excise Duty and Zero Rating of Value Added Tax (VAT) on petrol and diesel for three months in a bid to cushion consumers from the adverse impact of increased international oil prices.
