SECRETARY to Cabinet Patrick Kangwa yesterday inspected the National Heroes Stadium, to assess the level of preparedness ahead of the President-elect Hakainde Hichilema’s inauguration. President Hichilema who was re-elected during the just ended August 13 general election will be inaugurated on Tuesday September 1, 2026. During the inspection, Kangwa was accompanied by Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet, Dr Oliver Kalabo, and several Permanent Secretaries from various ministries.
