COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister, Chipoka Mulenga, says government will not give out six million hectares of land to Vietnamese investor, Viet-Zam Diversified Operation Limited, because such an action is tantamount to auctioning the country. Viet-Zam has proposed a mega rice farming project in a meeting with the Zambia Development Agency, which requires six million hectares of land.
