THE Lusaka High Court has ordered a stay of Second Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Moyo’s decision to declare the seats of nine expelled PF members of parliament vacant. The court has also granted the nine PF members of parliament leave to apply for judicial review of Moyo’s decision. Following the court’s decision to stay Moyo’s ruling, the MPs were seen in the National Assembly yesterday, with some actively participating in the debates. The nine MPs are Brian Mundubile, Stephen Kampyongo, Christopher Kang’ombe, Ronald Chitotela, Remember Mutale, Mulenga Fube, Mutotwe Kafwaya, Nickson Chilangwa and Emmanuel Musonda.
