A WITNESS has narrated that Jane Lusengo told her that on the day former home affairs minister Lt Ronnie Shikapwasha was shot, he refused to eat dinner “until she confessed”. Prisca Banda Daka, 73, also narrated that Lusengo said she did not know what happened as she just saw Shikapwasha falling to the floor.
