THE National Council for Construction (NCC) has expressed worry at the non-adherence to completion deadlines by the contractor carrying out renovation works and upgrades at Independence stadium in Solwezi. FAZ secured funding from FIFA for the rehabilitation of four stadia namely Kaole (Luapula), Kasama (Northern), Independence (North-Western), and David Kaunda (Eastern), with works at each stadia valued at USD300, 000.
