CHAPTER One Foundation Executive Director Linda Kasonde has expressed displeasure at the manner police conducted themselves at former president Edgar Lungu’s house in a bid to search the premises. Kasonde said the force used by Police at Lungu’s Ibex Hill residence was not proportionate to the legitimate objective to be achieved given the circumstances.
