PF National Chairperson Davies Chama says people who have continued talking about former president Edgar Lungu’s purported return to active politics should spare him because he hasn’t made any such indications. Former home affairs minister Lt Ronnie Shikapwasha recently said that Lungu should give his successor room to govern without any interference, arguing that it will be a disaster if he decides to get back into active politics. Lt Shikapwasha also advised Lungu to either start writing books, lecturing at universities or travelling countrywide. But in an interview, Monday, Chama argued that Lungu has never at any given time indicated that he was getting back into active politics.
