The National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) has apologized to its members over challenges it is experiencing in processing claims on its system. In a statement, Friday, NHIMA Senior Public Relations Officer King Syacika said the Authority was currently working on the system to ensure that everything was back to normal, encouraging accredited members and facilities to use paper claims. “The National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) is currently experiencing challenges in processing claims on our system.
