AT the height of the cholera epidemic, one constant complaint from relatives of patients has been that it is hard to know the whereabouts, and condition, of their loved ones. Health Minister Sylvia Masebo took time to interact with some of the relatives of cholera patients who were gathered at Heroes Stadium, Saturday, to assure them that a proper communication system had been crafted and will be operational today.
