FORMER Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) president Crispin Moyo says the return of NHIMA to the Ministry of Health is significant and will bolster universal health coverage. On Wednesday last week, Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for administration Christopher Simoonga said government had moved NHIMA back to the Ministry of Health.
