ZAMBIA Correctional Service (ZCS) Commissioner General Fredrick Chilukutu says the construction of 81 chiefs’ palaces across the country is expected to be completed by May this year. Meanwhile, Muchinga Province Deputy Permanent Secretary Reverend Mathews Chilekwa says the delay in commissioning the palaces has forced some chiefs to move into unfinished structures.
