THE Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) has advised broadcasters to exercise caution and rely on official sources when covering matters surrounding late former president Edgar Lungu. In a statement, Thursday, IBA Director General Webster Malido said the dissemination of unverified information compromises the integrity of public information. “The Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) wishes to provide guidance to broadcasting stations on the coverage of matters surrounding the late former Republican president Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
