THE biggest joker in this [presidential] race is President Hakainde Hichilema and his government, says Tonse Pamodzi Alliance Secretary General Celestine Mukandila. On Sunday, President Hichilema said citizens needed to be serious and stop bringing jokers into government. The Head of State added that government would further reduce the price of diesel next month, stating that this would help lower the cost of living.
