A South African based company called TFM has been running with a claim that it received a solicitation of a bribe from the Minister of Health Honourable Sylvia Masebo. According to this company’s claim, the Minister of Health demanded for what is called “facilitation fee” and a vehicle in order for her to facilitate the award of a tender to construct pre-fabricated hospitals for the Republic of Zambia. This TFM company has caused the circulation of a letter from its chairman to a named executive, explaining this demand from the minister and distancing itself from the alleged bribery solicitation.
