PRINCE Akashambatwa Mbikusita Lewanika has wondered why the Constitutional Court was created when Zambia did not have a constitutional crisis which the Supreme Court could not resolve. And Akashambatwa says he is opposed to the Constituency Development Fund because it helps members of parliament fool people.
