A 42-YEAR-OLD woman of Lusaka’s Lilanda Compound has sued her husband for divorce, citing his failure to nurse her during her three years of illness. Rosa Mumba told the court that she fell ill in 2019 and after undergoing tests at the hospital, she discovered she was HIV positive despite having being negative when she married her husband, Earnest Seleta, in 2004. But in his defence, Seleta, 63, of Zanimuone said Mumba left the matrimonial home on her own in 2019, went to live with her family, and never bothered to return home after she recovered.
