HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says government has never objected to convicted former defence minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba seeking medical treatment. Mwiimbu explains that government in fact entered into a consent order with Mwamba for him to seek medical treatment in South Africa. He, however, says there is an issue as Netcare Milpark Hospital in South Africa has indicated that they do not accept clients under incarceration following an incident with another Zambian.
