MAKEBI Zulu has accused President Hakainde Hichilema of being a “liar”, and that he’s doubting the existence of the $6.5 billion in reserves. Zulu, who is NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile’s running mate in the August polls, says even if the President subjected them to free education, they wouldn’t get anything out of it because it lacked quality.
