THE European Union Election Observer Mission (EU EOM) says it trusts that the totaling of votes will be completed in full accordance with the law and transparency. Meanwhile, EU Chief Observer Michael McNamara says any interruption of vote counting must be clearly explained, and transparently communicated to stakeholders.
