INSPECTOR General of Police Graphel Musamba has disclosed that former Lunte MP Mutotwe Kafwaya has been identified by his family as the man who was fatally wounded in a Kabulonga shootout on Friday evening. The revelation comes after the Human Rights Commission (HRC) raised concerns over Kafwaya’s whereabouts, saying it had been unable to establish whether he was in State custody.
