POLICE have recovered a laptop belonging to ECZ, which was stolen in Mandevu Constituency during the just ended general elections. ‎ Some unknown people attacked one of the totaling Centres in Mandevu and stole election material. The Electoral Commission of Zambia has not yet announced the winner of the Mandevu parliamentray seat.
