AGRICULTURE Minister Mtolo Phiri says the Food Reserve Agency has so far paid K698.14 million owed to farmers who supplied it maize, leaving a balance of K336.53 million. And Phiri says over 30 percent of the farming inputs have been delivered to the farmers.
