COPPERBELT Minister Elisha Matambo says the suspension of farming inputs distribution on the Copperbelt Province is due to illegalities surrounding the process. But Small Scale Farmers Development Agency director Boyd Moobwe has described the development as disappointing and worrying, arguing that it may present a negative impact on national food security.
