CITIZENS First leader Harry Kalaba says President Hakainde Hichilema has performed ‘very’ poorly with regards to managing the country’s debt. During her visit to Zambia, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva revealed that there was no consensus with China to effect a haircut on the country’s debt.
