THE Truck Drivers Association of Zambia (TDA) says the Road Development Agency should ensure that road users are compliant with load limits in order to preserve the roads which are being worked on. The association is also elated by the works being done on the Ndola-Lusaka dual carriageway road, saying it will lessen the number of accidents.
