MINISTER of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Charles Milupi has urged local authorities to come up with right specifications for CDF projects and ensure adherence from contractors engaged to do the works. Social media has in the recent past been awash with images of some CDF infrastructure such as roads and bridges which have been washed away by the rains. Commenting on this in an interview, Saturday, Milupi urged local authorities to always come up with right specifications for CDF projects.
