A 37-YEAR-OLD Big Tree salesman and his colleague have been dragged to court for allegedly stealing over K42,000 cash, belonging to the company.

In this matter, Webby Muyunda, a salesman of Lusaka’s Chinika area and Francis Mukonko, 25, are facing one count of theft by servant.

It is alleged that Muyunda and Mukonko, between 07:00 hours to 18:00 hours in Lusaka, did steal K42,333,55 cash, the property of the said employer Big Tree.

When the matter was called before Lusaka Chief Resident Magistrate Dominic Makalicha, Tuesday, the two were not before court.

Magistrate Makalicha adjourned the matter to February 3, 2022 for possible plea.
