A 28-YEAR-OLD IT technician of Libala South has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing a Hiace bus. Clement Njala is facing one count of theft of a motor vehicle Contrary to Section 281(a) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence allege that Njala, on April 23, 2024, in Lusaka, did steal a motor vehicle namely a Toyota Grand Hiace, registration number ALR 5457, valued at K85,000, property of Hendrix Pola.
