A LETTER has emerged in which Solicitor General Marshal Muchende, State Counsel, wrote to Director of Public Prosecutions Lilian Siyunyi in January this year asking her to consider postponing the taking of plea of former Konkola Copper Mines provisional liquidator Milingo Lungu, for a few days.
