A LETTER has emerged in which Solicitor General Marshal Muchende, State Counsel, wrote to Director of Public Prosecutions Lilian Siyunyi in January this year asking her to consider postponing the taking of plea of former Konkola Copper Mines provisional liquidator Milingo Lungu, for a few days. But Muchende has wondered how a letter that was addressed to the DPP found itself with Lungu, a person who was given immunity.
